What is sustainability for us?
Sustainability is a broad term. For most of us it is about the environment, our planet and eco systems. Saving the environment is important which is why we work towards a sustainable business. But sustainability is more than just that. Our business is about creating better and more sustainable working environments for customers and employees, where people can feel and perform better for a long time. This is our sustainability declaration.
EcoSUND® – Our core material
EcoSUND® is developed together with acousticians and raw material suppliers. All manufacturing takes place in Sweden, specifically in Halland.
The core material that all Akustikmiljö’s products are made of. Some products are covered with textile or acoustic cloth. The EcoSUND products are available in three different sizes and three different colors. white, black, gray and brown.
EcoSUND® is made from 100% polyester fiber (PET), of which 50% is recycled PET bottles. The recycled PET fibers are third-party certified according to the GRS, Global Recycling Standard.
AM Acoustics is part of the Havsalliansen
AM Aciustics is proud to be a partner organization to Havsalliansen. An initiative from Håll Sverige Rent where they bring together companies and organizations in Sweden with the goal of an ocean without plastic.
The maritime alliance is briefly about four target images:
Eliminate unnecessary single-use plastic packaging. Reduce use of fossil-based virgin plastics. Reuse or recycle plastic packaging. Work to reduce littering and restore our oceans from the damage already done.
GDG sustainability report 2025
We are proud to present our Sustainability Report covering the companies Götessons Industri, Akustikmiljö i Falkenberg, David Design, Scan Sørlie, Norco Interior Group, as well as Brigo AB, which Götessons Design Group acquired during 2025. All company names are presented clearly throughout the report. The report refers to the 2025 financial year.
We take our responsibility for driving long-term sustainable development seriously and continue to closely monitor developments while actively working with the requirements and legislation coming into force in the years ahead. During the year, we have also continued to develop our Sustainability Report in accordance with the ESRS structure, the new standard for sustainability reporting, to create even greater transparency and clarity in our work.

Everyone is included to succeed
At AM Acoustic, we strive to include the entire company, to a large or small extent, and to take part in the knowledge and ideas that each individual employee has in mind. In this way, we also ensure that the efforts and improvements that are made fully breathe AM Acoustics and increase the chances that they will be implemented in everyday life. With weekly improvement meetings in each department and a clear structure for how suggestions are taken forward, we ensure that all employees are included and that all suggestions are followed up.
